Tom Clift
Tom has built a remarkable career across two professions. He began in education, serving as a vice-principal and principal in several schools, including a year and a half as a school principal in China.
In 2006, Tom began his second career in real estate and has since sold hundreds of homes, earning more than 45 awards along the way. In 2016, he purchased his own franchise and grew it into the largest in the province, with nearly 100 agents working under the Keller Williams Platinum Realty banner.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tom is the greatest father and grandfather, the author of a book, has traveled to more than 80 countries, climbed to Everest Base Camp, and operates the photography website Global Village Photography, which has attracted nearly 1.5 million views.

Marcel Clift
Marcel is a proud husband and father of two who knows that home and family are at the heart of life’s most important moments. Raised in St. John’s, he also spent extended time in Quebec and England during his high school and university years, experiences that broadened his outlook and deepened his appreciation for community and connection.
He studied business and economics before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Memorial University, followed by a Master’s degree in Environmental Public Policy from the Environmental Policy Institute. His background gives him a thoughtful and balanced approach, with a strong focus on clear communication and helping people make confident decisions.
When he’s not working, Marcel can usually be found woodworking, restoring something, or diving into whatever new interests his kids have brought home. He has more hobbies than he can reasonably keep up with, but for him, family will always come first.
Andrew Clift
Andrew Clift is a devoted husband, father of two, and proud family man who brings both heart and experience to his work in real estate. Now entering his 10th year in the industry, Andrew has built a strong reputation for being knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence.
Known for his kind and understanding nature, Andrew values relationships and believes that trust, honesty, and genuine care are at the core of great service. His dedication and success in real estate have earned him recognition as a top agent with Keller Williams, reflecting both his professionalism and the results he delivers for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Andrew loves spending time with his family and friends, watching basketball, and enjoying comedy. He is a devoted husband and father, and by all accounts, the best uncle his niece and nephew could ask for.
